I have the worst memory ever when it comes to social encounters. I just spent the past 10 minutes trying to recall what movie I went to see with which friend in a specific theater sometime in the past two years.
Resolution #1 - Catalogue every encounter from the past ~7400 days that you can remember and write that stuff down—before you forget forever.
